MAVI DENIZ manufacture and supply a number of different sizes of Boat Spray sets are available, ranging from large, permanently mounted equipment for use on tugs to small, portable inshore spray sets for use by small vessels.

MAVI DENIZ supply 2 (two) different types of models for the boats.

MAVISPRAY E Model is ; Fixed permanent type electric installed dispersant spray system for the application of oil dispersant from vessels and Boats.

MAVISPRAY D Model is ; Portable diesel driven dispersant spray system for beach use or operation from Oil recovery Vessels, Tugs, Offshore Supply Vessels or other Craft.

MAVI DENIZ supply Helicopter based systems can operate from a base near the spill, and can be used on small/medium
sized spills in confined or inaccessible situations.

The helicopter dispersant spray system can be apply various oil dispersants with the use and operated from any helicopter equipped with a cargo hook.

The system consists of a lightweight moulded fiberglass dispersant tank unit and frame which supports an electric start diesel engine driving a centrifugal pump

Carried as an underslung load, the system incorporates its own power supply and is controlled via a simple pilot operated control box.

The system can be jettisoned in an emergency and requires no modifications to the helicopter.

The D-Backpack system dispersant application unit is designed for applying small quantities of dispersant. It is carried on the back to allow the spraying of dispersant at inaccessible locations such as beaches, rocky shorelines,
and harbour walls.

The D-BackPack system is a cost effective dispersant application unit which is designed for applying small quantities of dispersant during the final stages of oil spill clean-up. It features a 16 or 20 Litre Tank, Hand Lance and Manual Pump.

Dispersants

Mavi Deniz provides MARINCHEM Oil Spill Dispersant is the new, 3rd generation dispersant. It can be used concentrated or diluted to a ratio of 1:10 depending on the contamination level. It is an efficient and environmental friendly product containing no hydrocarbons. It has been specifically designed for oil dispersion at sea, at shore and in port, either on-or-off board.
APPLICATION
  • Used to clean up oil spills on the sea.
  • Applied to clean up oil spills on industrial waste.
  • Used to clean up oil spills on the floors, the ship deck and other oil spills.
  • Aerial spraying can be undertaken by helicopter to clean up oil spills on wide water surface.
